Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered by 33acres (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing any listing or service on 33acres, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Services
33acres provides digital property listing and lead management services.
Once a property listing is submitted and activated on the platform, the service is considered delivered.
All payments are made for platform access and digital service usage.
2. Listing Fee (₹99 per Listing)
The ₹99 fee provides access to:
- Property upload and management
- Personal dashboard
- Built-in CRM tools
- Lead and inquiry management
- Deal tracking features
The fee does not guarantee:
- Property sale or rental
- Lead generation
- Specific listing visibility
- Business performance or profit
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- After a listing has been approved and published
- If the user changes their mind after payment
- If the property does not receive inquiries or leads
- If the listing expires
- If the account is suspended due to policy violations
- If incorrect information was submitted by the user
4. Duplicate Payments
In case of accidental duplicate transactions:
- Users must notify us within 48 hours of payment.
- After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded within 7–10 business days.
5. Rejected Listings
If a property listing is rejected due to violation of Terms & Conditions:
- The listing fee will not be refunded.
If rejection occurs due to a technical error on our side, we may, at our discretion, allow re-submission or provide credit.
6. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel future purchases at any time.
However:
- Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for already activated services.
- Active listings cannot be canceled once published.
7. Payment Gateway Issues
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank processing time.
33acres is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
9. Policy Changes
33acres reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
